Big boy!

Sorry I missed last week everybody. I made up with it with two videos in this post, though. The little guy is getting big so fast. His feet finally touch the ground in his bouncer, and he's discovered that he can bounce! He loves it, and it's so cute to watch. He gets so excited and just throws his body around. Also, we think that teeth should be coming in soon. He's been grumpier than usual, and a little bit of medicine on his gums seems to make it all better. We've been busy getting the Christmas decorations up, and he seems to love the Christmas tree. We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Ours seemed to just fly by!

Here's a video of him, eating his rice cereal. He really gets into it now.
Finally, a video of him bouncing. So fun!

Not a whole lot of pictures of Miller in this one...

This was another busy week for the Vranas. The main focus was getting Austin's new car, but there will be plenty of those pictures to follow. Wednesday was Veteran's Day, and Miller and I went out to lunch with one of our favorite Veterans, Paw-paw. We went to Superior Steakhouse for their Cobb salad. Absolutely amazing. Then, I had to sign the paperwork for Austin's car. It came in that day, but the funds hadn't been transfered yet. So, I did take pictures for him - which, he immediately demanded that I e-mail to him. John and I picked up the car Saturday morning. Poor Austin had to cheer at the LA Tech/LSU game, so he wasn't even able to pick up his car until this morning. He brought his friend, Spoon, with him, and Spoon informed us that Austin had been counting down the hours. Of course, being the loving sister that I am, I couldn't just hand the keys over. I had to make him find them. Aah, let the fun begin.

Austin's first glance of his new car.

Finding the first card sitting in the front seat that told him the next clue would be in Doobie's dog house.

The clue in Doobie's dog house sent him all the way down to my parents' barn where he found the keys - Miller's play keys, and another clue telling him to return the keys to Miller and change a dirty diaper.
Obviously, Miller was excited to get his keys back. He was reaching out for them as Austin was teasing him.

So, Austin went to Miller's changing table, and this is what he found waiting for him. Don't worry, it's just rice cereal mixed with mustand, and the clue was in a plastic bag.

All that work, and he found out that keys had been in the trunk the whole time. Poor kid. It took him a while to find them hanging from the escape pull.
Checking out the engine.

Giving Miller his first driving lesson.
Finally getting to drive it for the first time. The car is a 2010 Camaro, for those who hadn't guessed by now.

Let's just let the pictures and video speak for themselves.

That's all you really care about anyway, isn't it? ;-)

Doobie found himself a new bed.

My cute little guy sleeping. Yes, he was napping in his crib, and yes, he did wake up as soon as I took this picture.

He's only got eyes for Aunt Ann in this picture!

Here's a video of the little guy, waking up from his nap, playing with the toys on his carrier.
