Oh my goodness, this could just be craziness. I may just get multiple posts done today. Nonna won't know what to do with herself. :-P April was a pretty busy month for us, and that's why this post is so long. We made a trip to south Louisiana to visit Toby and Ann. Then, we had a trip over to Bryan, Texas to see the Casas family. Finally, we had Easter, always fun!
Unfortunately, on the way down to visit Toby and Ann, Miller work up half way and threw up in his car seat. We weren't sure what was going on with him because he woke up from a dead sleep. There's nothing like pulling into a gas station to clean out your car. It made it even better because we had just bought Mimi and Paw-paw's car from them, and John was super upset that his new car had just been "christened" that way. Miller ended up running a fever, so we spent our first morning at the doctor's office. We got him started on some antibiotics, but the poor baby was feeling pretty rough most of Saturday.
Here he is riding with Daddy on the 4-wheeler, helping Uncle Toby get his fence ready for his deer.
He loved cuddling with Aunt Ann this weekend. He was stripped down to his diaper most of the time because of the fever, and he pretty much kept his Blankie with him.
This NEVER happens, it just goes to show that the little guy didn't feel well. He fell asleep on Aunt Ann. I'm pretty sure Sesame Street was even on the TV. Sweet little guy.
Well, could he?
Then, we had Easter weekend. Mommy had to get her hair done, so I asked Daddy to bring Miller down to Nonna and Pops's house afterwards to hunt Easter eggs. You can see Daddy dressed him appropriately.

Checking out all his goodies with Uncle Austin.
Afterwards, Miller was doing some carpenter bee hunting - with both hands!
Dying Easter eggs.
Why wait for Mommy to pull them out, when you can reach right in and get them yourself?
Collecting his eggs.
How many grown man does it take to fly a kite?
Miller, preparing for the water balloon fight.
He got a cupcake!
Trying to share his cupcake.
I guess he decided to keep it for himself after all.
This is what we do for Easter, sit around playing Killer, which really looks a lot like sitting around staring at each other and occasionally winking.
Always a good time on Easter weekend!
Finally, here's a hilarious video of McKade, Aunt Amy, McKason, and Miller. Of course you can hear Mommy laughing throughout. I'm sure Aunt Amy will be so happy to see this video make it to the blog.
